A lip that looks like it came with the car.
Off-the-shelf lips are designed to roughly fit a model, then trimmed and packed until they sit. A custom front lip starts from a 3D scan of your actual bumper, so the leading edge, end caps and mounting points are designed to your car, not to an average of it.
Every lip is designed as an original shape. It can be a subtle OEM+ extension, a sharper splitter-style lip, or a faithful reproduction of a rare period part. Because the geometry is proven in CAD and by prototype before a mould is made, the finished part fits cleanly.
Lips are hand-laid in fibreglass and supplied primer-ready for your painter. Carbon fibre may be available for select parts. Ask when you enquire.

We scan the front of your car, capturing the real bumper surface, gaps and mounting points rather than relying on factory drawings.

CAD Design
The lip is designed in CAD directly on the scan, so its edges, end caps and returns follow your bumper exactly.

Renders & Sign-off
You see the design rendered on your car before anything physical is made, and approve it or send it back for changes.

Prototype Fitment
A prototype proves the fit and stance on the car. Any refinement happens here, before the mould is cut.

Mould & Layup
A production mould is made in-house and the lip is hand-laid in fibreglass for consistent thickness and strength.

How much does a custom front lip cost?
A custom front lip starts from $3,500 AUD, which covers both the design (3D scan, CAD and renders) and production of the finished fibreglass part. Complex shapes, reproductions and multi-piece lips are quoted individually.
How long does a custom front lip take?
Individual custom parts such as front lips typically take 4–8 weeks from approved design to finished part. We give you a realistic timeline when you enquire.
Will a custom lip fit my bumper?
Yes. The lip is designed from a 3D scan of your bumper, so it is engineered to your actual car. If your car has an aftermarket or modified bumper, tell us. We design to the bumper that is on the car.
What material are your front lips made from?
Front lips are hand-laid in fibreglass as standard and supplied primer-ready for paint. Carbon fibre may be available for select parts. Ask when you enquire.
Can you make a front lip for any car?
We focus on JDM and European sports cars from the 80s and 90s, but we design front lips and aero parts for any vehicle. Send your car details and what you are after.
