C1 Studio is a one-man operation based in Australia, building custom body kits and fibreglass aero parts for the cars that matter most — JDM sports cars and European classics from the 80s and 90s.
Every custom body kit starts as an original design. We don't copy OEM parts or resize generic kits. We use 3D scanning to map the host vehicle exactly, then design custom aero from scratch in CAD — front bumpers, side skirts, rear diffusers, widebody fenders, spoilers, and full body kit programs.
Parts are prototyped, test-fitted, and refined before moulds are ever cut. The result is custom fibreglass car parts that fit as they should — not parts that need modification to install.

Full Custom Body Kits
Complete body kit design and production for any vehicle — front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper, diffuser, and fender flares designed as a single cohesive program.
Individual Aero Parts
One-off front lips, rear spoilers, roof spoilers, boot lips, side skirts, diffusers, and aero ducts. If it goes on the outside of a car, we can build it.
Widebody & Fender Flares
Custom widebody kits and fender flares designed to fill wider track or wheel fitments — built to suit the specific car and fitment, not a universal bolt-on.
Reproduction Parts
Reproduction of rare, discontinued, or hard-to-find OEM-style body parts. We 3D scan originals and produce accurate fibreglass reproductions.
3D Design & Prototyping
Design-only service for customers who want custom body kit CAD files — for CNC cutting, 3D printing, or handing to a local fabricator.
Custom Interior & Trim
Fibreglass interior panels, steering wheel covers, trim pieces, and structural mounts — built with the same care as our aero parts.

Concept & Design
Every build starts with a sketch. We study the car's lines, the era it came from, and what it's missing. Then we design from scratch — no borrowed kits, no resized templates.

3D Scanning & Digital Modelling
Using 3D scanning and CAD software, we map the car's body exactly. Every custom body kit is engineered to fit the specific platform — gaps, mounting points, and body lines all dialled in before a single piece of fibreglass is touched.

Prototyping & Test Fitting
We prototype before we commit. Parts are test-fitted on the actual vehicle to verify fitment, stance, and proportions. If it's not right, we go back and fix it — not patch it.

Mould Making
High-quality moulds are produced in-house. This is the most time-intensive step and the one that separates a custom body kit that fits from one that doesn't. We don't rush this.

Fibreglass Production
Parts are hand-laid in fibreglass and finished to a primer-ready standard. Every piece is inspected before it leaves the shop.

Delivery
Custom parts ship Australia-wide and internationally. All custom body kits and aero components are made to order — not pulled from a warehouse.

Do you ship custom body kits outside Australia?
Yes — we ship custom body kits and aero parts internationally. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and part dimensions. Contact us for a shipping quote.
What's the lead time on a custom body kit?
Lead time depends on complexity. Off-catalogue parts (front lips, spoilers, diffusers) typically take 4–8 weeks. Full custom body kit projects (design through to production) take 3–6 months. We'll give you a realistic timeline when you enquire.
Are your body kits made from fibreglass or carbon fibre?
All C1 Studio parts are produced in fibreglass as standard. They arrive primer-ready for paint. Carbon fibre options may be available for select parts — ask when you enquire.
Can you reproduce rare or discontinued OEM body kits?
Yes. Reproduction of rare or discontinued OEM-style parts is one of our specialties. We can 3D scan an original part and produce high-quality fibreglass reproductions. Enquire with as many reference photos as possible.
Do you offer body kit design for vehicles not listed?
Absolutely. While we focus on JDM and European sports cars, we design custom body kits and aero parts for any vehicle. Submit a custom enquiry with your car details and what you're after.
