REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct product is selected at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for incorrect products ordered, or incorrect vehicle make, model, or variant selected.

Please double-check all product specifications and compatibility before completing your purchase.

All products are designed and manufactured to fit the OEM (original factory specification) vehicle listed in the product description.

Products are not guaranteed to fit vehicles with non-OEM modifications, including but not limited to body kits, panels, or structural changes. Products may not fit special editions, limited variants, or models with factory differences unless explicitly stated. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm compatibility prior to purchase.

No refunds or returns will be accepted due to incompatibility with modified or unlisted vehicle variants.

All custom-made or made-to-order products are final once the design has been reviewed and approved by the customer.

No refunds, cancellations, or changes will be accepted after approval is confirmed. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all design details before providing approval.

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are subject to change due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to import/export regulations, customs processing delays, and carrier disruptions.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. Any additional duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage and packaging. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.

We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund if deemed valid.

Our products are aftermarket fibreglass components and may require professional installation, preparation, and finishing (including sanding, trimming, and painting).

We are not responsible for improper installation. Minor imperfections are normal due to the manufacturing process. No refunds will be issued based on fitment issues if the product has been modified, installed, or painted.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or production has begun. If cancellation is requested before this stage, it may be subject to an administrative fee.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Customers assume all risks associated with installation and use.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
