· 3D PRINTING & DIGITAL DESIGN
Every part we make starts as data. We 3D scan the car, design in CAD, and 3D print prototypes and finished components in Australia. From a single printed vent to a full custom body kit, everything is engineered to fit your exact vehicle.
· SCANNED · DESIGNED · PRINTED
01
We start by 3D scanning your car's body panels. That gives us a dimensionally accurate digital twin of your vehicle, so every 3D printed body kit component is designed against real data, never guesswork.
02
New aero components are designed in CAD directly on top of the scanned surface. Gaps, curves, mounting points and body lines are all dialled in digitally before a single part is printed. This is full 3D car design, not resizing someone else's model.
03
Before we cut a mould or produce a finished part, the design is 3D printed at scale for fitment. You can hold the part against your car, confirm the stance and proportions, and request changes with zero waste.
04
Small components are printed in engineering-grade ABS and delivered as finished parts: vents, ducts, trim pieces, brackets and interior fittings. Our RN/LN46 Hi-Lux tilt column cover is a production ABS 3D printed part you can buy today.
05
Larger body kit panels combine both worlds. The design and fitment are proven through 3D printing and digital modelling, then hand-laid in fibreglass for strength and a paint-ready finish. This is how we build a 3D printed body kit that actually fits.
· WHAT WE PRINT
· QUESTIONS
Yes. We 3D scan your car, design the kit in CAD, and 3D print prototypes and end-use components. Small printed parts are supplied as finished ABS pieces, while large panels are proven by 3D printing and then produced in fibreglass.
3D car design means turning your vehicle into an accurate digital model. We 3D scan the body, model new aero components in CAD against that data, and verify every gap and mounting point before manufacturing.
Small 3D printed components start from a few hundred dollars. Full projects including 3D scanning, 3D design and prototyping are quoted individually. Submit a custom enquiry for a free quote.
Our end-use parts are printed in engineering-grade ABS, the same material family used for interior and trim components by OEMs. Structural and impact-exposed panels are produced in fibreglass using the digitally proven design.
Send us photos of your car and what you want built. We'll tell you whether it's a 3D printed part, a fibreglass part, or a hybrid of both, and quote it for free.
