C1 Studio manufactures custom fibreglass car parts in Australia — front lips, rear diffusers, spoilers, side skirts, fender flares, and full body kits. All parts are 3D designed, prototype-tested, and hand-laid in fibreglass.
The Material
WHY
FIBREGLASS.
Fibreglass is the right material for custom aero parts. It's light, strong, easy to repair, and can be finished to a paint-ready standard. It's been the material of choice for racing and custom bodywork for decades.
All C1 Studio parts are hand-laid — not vacuum-formed or injection-moulded from cheap tooling. The layup process allows us to control the thickness and strength of every part consistently.
Parts are supplied primer-ready — flat and ready for body filler, guide coat, and paint by any competent panel shop.

What fibreglass grade do you use?
We use high-quality fibreglass layup — the same process used for production racing parts. Parts are hand-laid and finished to a primer-ready standard ready for paint.
Do your fibreglass parts arrive ready to paint?
Yes — all C1 Studio fibreglass parts are supplied primer-ready. They require prep, primer, and paint by a panel shop or painter of your choice.
Are the parts made in fibreglass or carbon fibre?
All standard parts are fibreglass. Carbon fibre options may be available for specific items — ask when you enquire.
Will they fit without modification?
Yes — all parts are designed from 3D scanned vehicle data and test-fitted on the actual car before moulds are made. If a part doesn't fit cleanly, we don't release it.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship fibreglass car parts Australia-wide and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and part dimensions.
