C1 Studio · Australia
Every C1 Studio body kit starts with a design process — 3D scanning, CAD modelling, renders, and prototyping before anything gets moulded or fabricated. If you can describe the car and the direction, we can design it.
What We Do
C1 Studio doesn't copy OEM parts or resize existing kits. All body kit design work starts from the actual vehicle — scanned, measured, and modelled in CAD from scratch.
The outcome is a design that fits the specific car, works with its existing panel lines, and reflects an intentional aesthetic direction — not something that was designed for a different platform and then adapted.
We offer full design-through-to-production service (design + mould + fibreglass parts) and design-only output (CAD files delivered for your own fabrication).

Design Process
01
The process starts with understanding the host car — its body lines, panel gaps, mounting points, and proportions. We don't assume the body is symmetric or consistent with factory tolerances. We measure it.
02
We 3D scan the vehicle — not just reference drawings. Scanning captures actual surface data, not idealized geometry. This is how we ensure that what we design in CAD will fit on the car, not just look good on screen.
03
Design is done in professional CAD software from a clean base. Every line is deliberate — we're not adjusting an existing kit or scaling something off another platform. The design is original, built for this car.
04
Before anything physical is made, we produce renders. You get to see the design on the car — see how it looks, how it flows with the body lines, and sign off (or send us back with revisions).
05
A physical prototype is made and test-fitted on the actual vehicle. Proportions on screen don't always translate the same way on metal. If something needs adjustment — we adjust it before making a mould.
06
Once the prototype is approved, we produce production moulds in-house. This is the most time-intensive step in the process — a good mould is what separates a part that fits cleanly from one that doesn't.
