C1 Studio · Custom car parts
Custom car parts, one car at a time.
If it goes on the outside of a car, we can design and make it. Every custom car part starts with a 3D scan, is designed in CAD for your exact car, then hand-laid in fibreglass or 3D printed. One-off parts start from $3,500 AUD for design and production. For full programs, see custom body kits.
What we make
Parts nobody else sells.
Most of our work is a single part for a single car: a spoiler that follows a specific roofline, a side duct for a mid-engine car, a boot lip for a car the aftermarket forgot, or a reproduction of a rare part that hasn’t been made in decades.
Every part is designed from 3D scanned vehicle data and proven before production, so it fits the car it was made for. Large panels are hand-laid in fibreglass; small parts like vents, ducts and trim can be 3D printed in engineering-grade ABS.

FAQ
Custom part questions.
How much do custom car parts cost?
A single custom car part, such as a front lip, starts from $3,500 AUD covering design and production. A fully custom one-off body kit typically starts around $20,000 AUD and can reach $50,000 AUD or more. Every project is quoted individually.
Can you reproduce a rare or discontinued part?
Yes. Reproduction of rare or discontinued OEM-style parts is one of our specialties. We can 3D scan an original part and produce an accurate fibreglass reproduction. Send as many reference photos as possible.
How long does a custom car part take?
Individual custom parts typically take 4–8 weeks. Full custom body kit projects take 3–6 months. We give you a realistic timeline when you enquire.
Can I get just the CAD files?
Yes. Design-only output is available for customers who want to CNC cut, 3D print or have a local fabricator produce the part.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Your car (make, model, year), the part you want, the style direction (OEM+, aggressive, period-correct) and any reference images or links.
